"The idea is only the beginning."

Everyone talks about ideas. Fewer people talk about what happens after. The messy build. The wrong assumptions. The first users. The launch pressure. The brand shifts. The funding conversations. The decisions you only understand after making them. This is where Jake documents what it really takes to turn an idea into something people use, trust, and believe in.
