from site to office, in sync.

Site diaries, snags, RAMS, drawings, plant and timesheets, captured once on site and live in the office. We build site apps, project portals, safety systems and AI document processing for contractors, engineering firms and developers, from a specialist subcontractor to a main contractor running many sites.

02 / 08./problem

common problems.

01

paper on site

Timesheets, diaries, inspections and permits filled in by hand and typed up later.

02

the wrong drawing

Teams working from out-of-date drawings and documents.

03

safety records scattered

Inductions, RAMS, toolbox talks and incidents hard to find when they matter.

04

plant going missing

Tools, plant and equipment spread across sites with no clear record of where anything is.

03 / 08./build

what we build.

01

site apps

Diaries, timesheets, snags, inspections, photos and sign-offs captured on site, offline if needed.

02

project + document portals

Programmes, drawings, RFIs, variations and documents shared with the right version, every time.

03

health + safety

Inductions, RAMS, permits, toolbox talks and incident reporting with a full audit trail.

04

plant + asset tracking

QR-coded tools and plant, with location, inspections and service history.

05

ai document reading

Invoices, delivery notes and specifications read by AI and checked by a person.

06

client + subcontractor portals

Progress, photos, valuations and approvals shared with clients and supply chain.

04 / 08./every-size

every size
of business.

From a founder's first product to a platform for a large organisation, the approach is the same: you talk to whoever is building it, you get a fixed quote, and we stay on after launch.

01

founders + startups

A first product built properly: scoped to what matters, launched fast and ready to grow, raise on and scale.

02

growing businesses

The spreadsheets, group chats and paper replaced with one system that fits how you already work, and grows with you.

03

large organisations

New products, internal platforms, AI and integrations built alongside your existing systems, teams and processes.

06 / 08./process

how it works.

Six steps, from the first conversation to keeping it running. More on working with us →

  1. 01 /talkWe start with the idea, the problem and where you're at. You don't need a finished brief.
  2. 02 /scopeWe work out what it needs to become, and what it doesn't, and what it has to connect to.
  3. 03 /fixed quoteYou get a fixed quote in writing, with the timeline, before anything starts.
  4. 04 /buildDesign and development under one roof. You see progress as it's built.
  5. 05 /launchWe get it working and into the world: on your domain, in the app stores or in your team's hands.
  6. 06 /runWe stay on to host, update and support it, so you're never left with something nobody looks after.
07 / 08./faq

questions,
answered.

does it work on site without signal?

Yes. We build site apps offline-first, so photos, forms and sign-offs are captured anywhere and sync when there's signal.

can it handle health and safety records?

Yes. Inductions, RAMS, permits, toolbox talks and incidents are recorded digitally with a full audit trail.

can AI read our invoices and delivery notes?

Yes. AI reads them and pulls out the details, and a person checks them before they reach your accounts.

do you work with large companies as well as small ones?

Yes. We work with founders, small and growing businesses, and large organisations. The process is the same at every size: you talk directly to whoever is building it, you get a fixed quote, and we stay on to run and support what we ship.

how much does it cost?

There's no price list, because no two builds are the same. We scope the work with you, then you get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts. We take on projects of every size, from a focused first version to a large, multi-part platform.

08 / 08./start

ready?

have something you want to build?

It doesn't need to be figured out yet. Bring the idea, the problem and where you're at. That's enough to start.
