livePlumbing & heating

the office that runs itself.

A six-strong heating firm swapped paper, spreadsheets and re-typed invoices for one platform: an office portal, a team app and a boiler-cover website that signs customers up on Direct Debit.

paperwork was eating the working day.

Every supplier invoice from Wolseley, Plumb Center and Screwfix was read and keyed into KashFlow by hand. Annual boiler services depended on someone remembering to chase them. Jobs, holidays and stock prices lived in different places.

  1. 01Every supplier invoice typed into KashFlow by hand, line by line.

AI reads invoices from the inbox or a photo. Someone checks, one tap sends them to KashFlow.

  2. 02Annual boiler services relied on someone remembering.

Every boiler job sets its own reminder, and the office gets an email two weeks before each is due.

  3. 03Jobs, holidays, stock and prices lived in different places.

One office portal: diary, customers, stock, prices, holidays and the team.

  4. 04The office couldn't see what was happening in the vans.

A team app with today's jobs, GPS-stamped arrival and completion, and receipts snapped on site.

  5. 05Booking a job meant sitting down at the computer.

Speak a voice note and the job form fills itself, ready to confirm.

  6. 06No way to sell boiler cover without a sales team.

A HomeCare website that signs customers up on Direct Debit and emails their policy.

  7. 07Answers meant digging through spreadsheets.

Ask the business: an assistant that answers from live data and can't change anything.
