01./problem

local firms were losing riders to the phone queue.

Most North Wales taxi firms still run on a phone and a notepad. Riders can't see a price or where their car is, and firms can't compete with the big apps without giving away a cut of every fare.

PingCab gives each firm its own booking app and its own dispatch screen, so it can take app bookings without handing a national platform a cut of every fare. Every job goes to a licensed firm with insurance, MOT and plate licence on file.
